It has been my errand bike for the last 8 months - very reliable. I've upgraded the disc rotors and tektro brakes to semi hydraulic ones for the hilly terrain of San Francisco. On flat land, this ebike is one smooth ride.
It's in excellent shape for 900 or so miles. Again, it's been my city errand bike during the pandemic. I will throw in a spare inner tube and folding basket
At the lowest standover height, ie lowest point for this bike (see pic), it's about 24 inches. At the lowest seat setting, about 30"; and at the highest seat setting, about 42". So, it can accommodate a variety of riders. Not really recommend for small children.
